Meet Bart Rice
As a valued member of the RFG family, Bart Rice leads the company he founded with a personal, relationship-first approach. A Tampa native, his family’s local roots stretch back to the 1800s. Bart and his family have also made a home in the Dade City area, where they spend weekends at their ranch.
Bart has always had a strong entrepreneurial drive, with business ventures ranging from motorcycles to coffee. He entered the financial world as a residential mortgage originator in 2004 and started his own firm shortly afterward in 2006.
Bart, his wife Charity and their seven children have opened their home to fostering and developed a passion for helping reunify families. When he is not working, Bart can often be found at the local CrossFit gym or in the garage with a vintage car.
As Founder and Managing Broker, Bart’s vision is to build RFG around dedicated, highly qualified team members who are fully committed to making the path to homeownership as simple, efficient and understandable as possible. He continues to lead the RFG team toward thoughtful growth, stronger service for clients and Realtor partners, and an elevated customer experience at every stage. His goal is to help more families achieve their dream of homeownership while preserving the personal care and relationship-first approach that define RFG.
