About Us

Why We Stand Out

Bart started The Rice Financial Group with one goal in mind, personalized customer service. He believes in maintaining an organic feel, with a handshake approach. One of the company mottos is “love your neighbor as yourself.” This personal approach to securing loans distinguishes the RFG while providing an exceptional client experience.

Yet, even as a small company and keeping things personal, the RFG utilizes the same lenders and loan products as the big banks. The RFG uses wholesale lenders to obtain conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans at the BEST rates on the market without all the unnecessary lender fees. The RFG believes transparency is vital so we provide full disclosure of all information affording buyers a peace of mind.

The Rice Financial Group is also a proud sponsor of A Door of Hope, an organization whose mission is to provide hope for kids in crisis by providing loving, Christian foster homes in Tampa Bay and now serving Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto counties. You can learn more about A Door of Hope at their website.
